Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing IT related support services to clients as well as provide technical training to students. Must have a good practical knowledge of computer networking with sound understanding of underlying networking concepts Must be conversant with Routers like Cisco, Mikrotik as well as wireless technologies
The ideal candidates must be young graduates with fair to deep skills in IP networking as well as technologies including Cisco, Mikrotik, PBX, CCTV, Wireless, IP PBX etc.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and technical services to clients to customers when required both onsite and remotely
- Be fluent enough to teach and impart knowledge and skills.
- Design and support our network systems and infrastructure
- Configure and operate routers and switches
- Basic understanding of systems like VOIP, Intercom, cloud, CCTV, time management, access control and security systems. The candidate would also be trained if there is any knowledge gap but must familiar with the basics
